Manufactured as per 3-A Sanitary Standards, EHEDG, DIN 11851, DIN 11853, BS 4825 and ASME BPE in SS 304/304L and 316/316L with electropolished or mechanically polished surfaces.
Sanitary (hygienic) fittings are specially designed pipe fittings and components used where cleanliness and sterility are critical. Smooth, crevice-free surfaces prevent bacterial growth and allow easy cleaning and sterilization — essential in dairy, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and cosmetics.
Polished and electropolished interior surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.8μm and finer) eliminate pockets where product or cleaning chemicals can hide. Tight gasket compression and self-draining designs keep the system free of dead legs where contamination could develop.
