Pricing & Payment

• All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payment terms are as agreed upon in individual purchase orders.
• Late payments attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a valid purchase order and agreement on payment terms.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to stock availability and production schedules.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.

Quality Assurance

• Material Test Certificates (MTC) are provided with orders upon request.
• Inspection rights are available at our facility prior to dispatch.
• Claims for defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

KENNKRUPPS INDIA PVT LTD liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of defective products at our discretion. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
